County Manager Mark Schwartz and the Arlington County Board are set to begin discussing a version of the Arlington County Collective Bargaining Ordinance. As county employees, we continue to urge the County to introduce an ordinance that gives employees the right o bargain over ALL workplace issues not limiting it to a few.
